Introduction

My teaching philosophy for adult English learners is grounded in the principles of cultural responsiveness, communicative language teaching, and critical pedagogy. I strive to create an inclusive and empowering learning environment where the teacher-student relationship is mutually based on trust and rapport, diversity is valued.
